Big Fraud

I frequently order from multiple online shopping sites but first time ever in my life I ordered from it and due the experience I had, it was the last time too.


I ordered a sari from my father’s account as an gift for my mother and my order was placed successfully but after 2 days I received a message that the order will take some more time than expected as the supplier is not in the position to deliver the product timely.After 4 more days I received another message that the order has been cancelled due to unavailability of product.Till here it was fine as I was loosing nothing but then happened something that will always lead me to question any parcel coming at my home.


A delivery boy came and gave the parcel saying that this is the same order that you made.I accepted it and paid too. Then when I opened it, the sari which it had was not the same as ordered and was some cheap quality used sari hardly of 100.Rs.


I was shocked and called customer service centre and at last they said that as it was not their parcel they have no responsibility.All I WANT TO KNOW IS THAT IF IT WAS NOT THEIR PARCEL THAN HOW SOME THIRD PARTY GET TO KNOW THAT I HAVE ORDERED A SARI. THIS CLEARLY SHOWS THAT DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOE THIS FRAUD.
