I am not happy with snapdeal customer care. They way they are behaving good but the resolution action is not working out.
I booked one WD external hard disk. while booking there was some promotion going on and as per that I suppose to receive 10% cashback.
Till now I have not received it. I have contacted with them so many times. first they said they have some problem so they with refund the cashback manually. But still now it is not resolved. The customer care guys will say you will receive your money asap but it is not working out. I have to take some serious action now.
