All viewer avoid Fake site snapdeal.com. Provide Defective product image, After mail not response anything I have ordered an Orpat Pedstal Fan OPF-3207 on 05-06-2013 by online ordered from snapdeal.Suborder Number :-1382283465 , item code :-IFAOR0003 , PRODUCT NAME:- OPF-3207+F , QUY.:- 1, VALUE:- 1997, BARCODE :- F000072515, Your Order ID : 1030309029.It was received on 08-06-2013(evening) by BlueDart corer.I paid the bill by cash on delivery.


When I checked the product, it was after install fan is not run, every where yellow junk mark, i think old product.color was different.I am informed by mail all thing (09-06-13), Snapdeal response was

issues:-




  1. Fan is old , Every where mark or spot yellow mark.




  2. After install fan is not run.




  3. site product demo color and my received product box fan image color is same, But under box product color is different.




  4. I mean to say he is look to customer brightness product, user see and order , but provide different product.






After sent photographs on defective material. 19-20 day gone, he said our product is new, real thing is that , after received from snap deal product fan is first time is not run, old every where yellow marked, not color matched box or site color is same under box product is different color, He said really my services is  I sent to customer old not run product, then customer contact product company, after sale my responsive is finish.
