I ordered two things from snapdeal.com in the past from them I got first okay but the second was a Kent RO Filter. I got a deffective piece I contacted snapdeal many times they didn’t replied me even seller didn’t replied my email. After calling snapdeal’s customer centre they told me to courier the item Back to the seller they didn’t properly resolve my querry. Snapdeal is not that premium company in India. I would prefer Flipkart & Amazon to bug products online. I will also suggest you not to buy products on snapdeal which are costed more than 2000₹.
