As generally I don’t, trust in online shopping but when I heard the reliability of these websites I purchased a product from it. it was an amazing moment for me as I order the commodity online first time in my life.( customer service) customer service is good in snapdeal as the reminders comes in my cell phone and I can locate my order too. ( Packaging) the packaging of snapdeal is best ever I seen it was so good that falling from a very high can cause no damage to it. ( delivery time) the delivery time is quite late as people prefer least time in purchasing a product. But overall this website is good for purchasing electronic product from my view of point.
