I had placed an order For SMD LED lights(Order ID:2410790284). Firstly the seller cancelled my order for unknown reasons. And according to Snapdeal’s so called "Trust pay" policy I should have received my refund within 15 days. Its well over 15 days and I am yet to receive my refund. I have been writing emails to the customer service and every time I get vague replies. Contacting CS over phone is equally disappointing all they say is the transaction will be reversed with 5 days and its past 20 days and I don’t see this issue being resolved any time soon.
Its just a waste of time and money shopping on Snapdeal and their network of worthless /incapable sellers. I haven’t received my order or the refund. I placed the order for same item on ebay as I lost hopes of getting from snapdeal! It was delivered within 2 days!
This probably will be my last order from snap deal as I dont want to waste my time and money on such unreliable and irresponsible merchants who has no regard to customer issues!
