I have bought a sandal of 41 size from this website.They have sent the size 40. Same day I have received the product I informed them that wrong size delivered. I got a mail for reverse pickup will be arranged within 4 days. I got a message that courier guy is coming for reverse pick up multiple times, no one turned up. After multiple follow ups they said send the product via another courier. It took a month for them that they can’t arrange reverse pickup. Now, they have reversed the courier charges as SD cash which can’t be
They have sent the wrong size and made me got to courier the package.
