Bad Experience on Ord#1403058605 placed on 7 Nov

I had placed order for three items through Order No. 1403058605 on 7th Nov 2013. All the three items were shipped separately. The first item delivered on 9th Nov and the second on 15th November. After 10 days when I followed up for the third item, it was informed to me that, the item was attempted delivery and failed, so returned back to the source location. It was very surprising for me that, the other two items were delivered promptly by the same courier and only for the third item, they were not successful in delivering.


On calling the customer care and explaining the same, they had simply instructed to reorder the item. I would like to highlight the inefficiency and the lucrative replacement  terms shown are only name sake, it is always better you read carefully the conditions and then only order. Also be very careful when ordering multiple items in single order, as they get back-end triggered to multiple sellers and each seller behaves in their own way and for any issues, we have to run behind them and the Snapdeal support is only name sake.


So be cautious while doing any transacting with SnapDeal!
