Snapdeal is a cheater website run by cheaters. They are selling pathetic quality products and even not taking it back and refunding. I bought following product.

Do not buy this projector. I received it few days back and got totally pissed off. Snapdeal is cheating people by allowing to sell cheap products with worst quality. I have a training center for which I purchased this product. I was totally disgusted to see the display quality. I tried all the permutation and combinations of settings in projector but the quality remained pathetic.
This is what is my observation:
Pixels are so big that you can count each pixel even when standing at a distance of over 5 meters
There is no sharpness in images or movies projected.
It is extremely pathetic when you want to use it for presentation. Texts are hardly visible. No sharpness in texts. Even when standing at a distance of 1-3 meter, you will not be able to read what is written on projected screen. And this is what for which I purchased it. And it failed miserably in this case.
Worst color quality I ever saw in any projector.
Luminosity is so dim that even when you switch off all the lights in the room, you would not be able see properly. This causes so much strain on eyes. I wondered if there is any light coming out of projector lamp or not. It glows like a night bulb on screen.
HDMI port was not functioning. I tested from a laptop and a PC. Projector could not display anything.
One corner tip of the projector was defected.
And I tested this projector in my class with 20 people sitting in it. And all were totally annoyed to see it’s quality. It is better to buy a second hand projector but not this one. It is not even worth 1000 rupees.
I decided to return it the same day I received and tested. But Snapdeal is not allowing to return this project saying that it can’t be returned as neither it is damaged nor has any malfunction citing their Truspay policy. Their trust pay policy also says that you can return product if "You are unhappy with the product quality". I have mailed them citing all the issues. Snapdeal customer care is replying with copy pasted messages and not even looking at the problems I am highlighting. Finally I purchased a good branded projector from a local dealer and it is working fabulously. That dealer showed my demo of 5 different projectors, all opening from sealed packs. I paid more by purchasing locally but at least I got a quality product and choose from a range of products that fits my budget and meets quality expectations.
The point is that if I purchase online how can I know what kind of quality I get until I use it and for a bad quality product, this company is not even allowing for return.
Do not buy this product from Snapdeal and avoid using this website for online shopping. The seller and Snapdeal are cheating people by sellinglow grade products and not even allowing for returns for a bad quality product. At least I am not buying anything further from Snapdeal ever in my life. Buy from a local dealer and pay a little more. At least you can get options, warranty support and services. I am already preparing my case to take the matter to consumer court for this particular issue.
