This is the most PATHETIC experience I have ever had with an e-commerce company.
I had ordered a product of 2 pen drives. Order no. 5591276916
I had never received the product. Estimated date was 8 Apr.
I called customer service and courier service.
Courier Company said they had only booked the pickup and not provided the physical product to be delivered.
I called snapdeal more than 5 times and said we had escalated this issue. But no further response.
I had escalated this issue by email(help@snapdeal.com) on 10th April. Got response we are looking into the issue. But no further response for the next 2 days
I had further escalated this issue by email(greivanceofficer@snapdeal.com) on 13th April. No response till date(15th April).
Finally after tired of calling daily, I had to order the product from somewhere else and I received the delivery the next day.
I had requested the refund 2 days back(15th April). But still no response
I called customer service today(17th April). They said they have not yet inmajeechaalised by refund request.
I asked them the reason why? they said I am putting your request.
So, after wasting more than 17 days I still do not have the product. I have lost my money and I do not know what is happening. What is the status?
I believe Snapdeal customer care have changed the definmajeechaon of escalation and SLAs.
Now I just want my refund processed as I dont want my money to be stuck with Snapdeal for ages till the order comes to my doorstep(if at all it comes) and me rejecting it.
