I purchased an online product from your web as I have found the good deal, but my experience with snapdeal was horrible! Today I received call from your executive regarding my complaint he talk with me very unsatisfactory. I am very disappointed with the service of snapdeal, company’s vendor sent me a faulty and damaged product.
Company executive told me my area where I am staying is comes under non-serviceable area and they told me to send product by courier and they will reimburse all expenditure I will incurred but today as I received call and shocked me, they told me they won’t give refund for the product and company customer service is not supporting me.
I thought snapdeal is a very genuine source to purchase any product but by this experience has been very bad.
