Shitty website to prefer

Ey would promise anything but wont any of it until you keep calling them for weeks.  They pickup your product and dont know if it’s delivered to their warehouse or not. If you still give them the pickup receipt, they keep hanging you regarding your refund saying you will receive it next 24-48 hours. you call next time and would receive the same answer again n again. And calling is the only option. Because, They have stopped reeiving mails from website or directl by help@snapdeal.com and via app it doesnt gets delivered. Shitty app. So you have to keep calling and waste your balance.


I wanted to return a product. I was told it would be picked in max 96 hours. Truly it was picked after 18 days after my consistent calling/complaining. And they still dont have any sort of shame they refunded my amount after 32 days when I got in contact to a nice guy. How can you do this to a customer I dont understand. They will provide you consistently defective product and wont even agree to it and if in any case they agree for replacing/refunding they wont keep their word. For some defective product I was promised 600 rupees for which I called so many times that approx 100rs wasted as balance. This is not the only time, I have faced this many a times. In all I cant even how much balance I have wasted by now on snapdeal, it’s probably more then I have used on my gf. I am really frustrated by them and deleting all contacts with snapdeal. think before you buy anything from them.
