Few months back I have order a product from snapdeal #western digital hard drive at the rate of 6500 for 2TB after I received the product I try to use it but can access so I try to format it also not working. After a few days I call western digital customer care no.
To complain about the product they told me to check the serial no. When I give them the serial no they told me the product is fake not genuine. #Shame on you Snapdeal
