Ordered webcam on snapdeal despite its high price compared to other websites as delivery was available to my place. After placing the order they order was not delivered even after 10 days. So I called up the customer care and checked.
The courier guy has asked us to come to office and take it from the office in nearby city which is around 50 KMS from our place. we had to travel all the distance for the parcel and took the product.
It is better not make any false promise if you can deliver it. I’m planing to sue the bas#@@#$% for the inconvenience caused to me.
