When I place an order for very known & branded products then the the order goes well but when any other products what we like on snapdeal I receive the faulty products.Maximum time I’ve to compromise with snapdeal because there is no time to return the product more than using it for the occasion. I ordered some T-shirts, products were good but color & prints are completely different which were not my type.
Then ordered a hair straightener for someone & received a faulty product which no controllers as shown on the website. For a festive occasion I ordered a golden ball beaded chain but received a cylindrical beaded product with low quality color & material as compared to the picture provided on the website. In one of my order I placed order for combo pack of Small size T-shirt but I received XL size T-shirts. We trusts on online shopping now, but this kind of service is loosing our trusts.
