Snapdeal is attracting customers online only to earn profits not for the customer service. recently I had purchased a HCL me G1 tablet. When I opened the packaged, I was shocked to see the display broken. Immediately tried to reach the customer care for reporting the same, but it took nearly 30 minutes to contact them. They asked me to send the pictures of the defective product which was delivered. But even after one week, I didn’t received any response from them.
Snap deal cheated me by delivering defective product and now it is not in a position to replace the product. My suggestion to the fellow user not purchase any product from this website by comparing the price. They will keep the price low for attracting the customers and deliver the defective and damaged products.
