Product Was Not Deliver To Me But In Courier Status It Was Shown That Product Was Successfully Delivered, I Know Some Time Things Go Wrong Due To Technical Fault, So I Tried To Email Snadeal About This & They Mention My Problem Will Solve With 48 Hours, After 48 Hours Still No Improvement Then I Tried Calling Customer Care & Snap deal Convinced Me That My Amount Is Safe We Will Initiated Order Again for U . I Was Surprise That Snapdeal Don’t Even Care About Customer 15 Days Has Over I Tried Calling & Emailed Them 3 Or 4 Times They Only Send Copy & Paste Message To Me . It Was Prepaid Order So My Money Is Blocked Now I Wish I Could Have Slected Cash On Delivery Option. Now I Don’t Know Wha T To Do Now? Becoz Snapdeal Is Shifting Their Fault To Blue dart Courier Service Stating That They Have Deliver The Product To Me.
