Snapdeal continues to cheat - time and again

Ordered for 8 trousers, received only 4. Lodged quite a few complaints. Called up their call center, which incidentally is not toll-free. Nothing happened so far.

Hi Shantanu, I extremely regret the inconvenience caused to you. This shouldn't have happened. We had initiated the refund on 16th Nov for the missing item. Hope your issue is resolved.
