Snapdeal CHOR Hai

Snapdeal is a big time "CHOR." I have order for a queen size bed from Snapdeal.com on 19th April 2014, which they shipped in a week’s time (as promised). But when I opened the consignment, it consisted of only ply boards. Hardware part which was necessary for assembling it, was missing.


I filed a complaint against this (order number as per snapdeal records- 1975647241). They asked me for the photographs of the opened consignment and I sent them the same. One of their customer representatives discussed it with me on 30th of April and assured me that my transaction is covered under their trust pay policy, so I need not to worry.


Now I have discussed this issue at least 4-5 times with their customer representatives as well as some senior representative. Senior representative namely Arnika said now backed off from the refund assurance .She said that she has escalated the issue and I would receive a call back in 24-48 hours, but I have not received any call.


They always promised to come back in 24-48 hours, but they never comeback. I had to call them every time. Now whenever I am calling them Ms. Arnika is not even talking to me. Also they have said that even I visit their office at Okhla, It won’t help.


I don’t know what to do now as I feel very helpless.
