Snapdeal - A great cheater

I bought a Vacuum Flask vide order number 1050636946.On opening the same found damaged and snapdeal has been informed immediately thru mail with pic.As per them they unable to collect the product from my house and I have to send the product with my own cost for replacement!!!


They are big cheater, giving discount and selling defective/damaged product this way.Anyone please don’t buy any product from Snapdeal.

Our courier partner has restriction in some areas for reverse pick up and we have mentioned on our site as well, "If Snapdeal is unable to pick the product, customer is requested to send the product by himself and we will refund the complete amount to customer". Hence we requested you to please courier back the product so that we can refund or replace the same, as we haven't received the product back from your end.
