Ordered a Micromax mobile phone. Product not shipped even after 5 days of promised shipment date. It has no provision to cancel the order even though the marketplace claims 100% money back guarantee and no questions asked cancellation under TrustPay.
Would recommend people to stay away from this website. Pay little more to its competitors for peace of mind!
