Hii guys, today I am sharing my worst experience with Snapdeal.The day I not exactly remember but it was happening in November. I ordered a jewelry for my mothers birthday purpose. when I was confirming the order, there shown me that, it takes 6-7 days for delivery and I paid for that by net banking. when 7 days over I checked the order summary there shown that my product already delivered. I am really shocked. Then an then I called the customer care services and the customer service executive checked the delivery address with my given address and said that it was just a mistake and for that, they take some more time to dispatch it again in the correct address. But I am sorry to say that it is the worst worst worst app made for us. because I waited for the product more than 5 days and my product not delivered. So I called again to the customer care and they play the recorded voice like " we are sorry for the delay and we are escalculating and bla bla bla etc. after 15 days I got my product . So I am very much unsatisfied with this app. the worst app I ever face in my life.
