I couldnt claim warranty for my 3 months old casio watch bought from snapdeal. There was a very big conservation under gone and atlast snapdeal customer care representative initiated a exchange for the same product. Once I handed over watch to return courier agent, later after reaching destination, exchange order created and all of sudden cancelled for no reason.
When I call customer care, they me that seller has cancelled as they have no more products available. Later I explained customer support representative that I trusted snapdeal and not the seller. There was watches of my model in stock and till date its available. She took a request for back end team to call.
Back end team called me and told that I have cacelled the order and its fault. Seriously what a cheap trick these people are playing.
But I have both the call recording, one would state merchant had cancelled and another would state I wantedly cancelled. Along with email I have all the proof.
If you guys suggest me what to do with these further to stop these cheap trick not to be played with other customers like me!
