Poor service for ordering mobiles-must read

I ordered a Samsung duos S7562 mobile & flip cover vide order no 1398444065 dated 05.11.2013 on Snapdeal. Consignment was due to be received in three working days as declared while booking the order.


However, after a week it was told to be delivered in next 2/3 days due to heavy demand of the product.


Nearly after 10 days from order booking only the flip cover was delivered without mobile phone and the customer care asked for some more time seeking same plea as mentioned above.


Some more days passed but the handset was not delivered. At last I booked the order through Flipkart & the same was delivered within 2 days of order booking and that too on an exchange bonus of Rs.3000/.


It was my first experience with snap deal and that too turned sour. I also thought to share this with all of you. In today’s era the customer is the king. So friends, all of us must share such things for greater awareness for benefit of all.
