I too am afraid now after hearing all the trouble faced by my fellow friends, and few of my previous experiences. I have ordered a desktop monitor 3 days back through snapdeal(as product was not available for delivery in my pincode at flipkart and amazon) though there is time for the item to be delivered but after checking the status of my product I find the status of my product similar as you guys have.
After doing a few research I came to know about the paid reviewers of snapdeal and how they block and delete the negative reviews which raises my concern. I am afraid these guys wont replace my product as I have paid already and thanks to snapdeal for its mind blowing return policy(sarcasm) and bluedart being its courier partner(deadly combination), even I wont be able to replace or get a refund. Matter of worry as its our hard earned money.
