I’m from Hyderabad and did my first purchase from snapdeal. My order number: 2631751746.I purchased a John Cena Green Tshirt with cap for Rs 779 for my nephew. Due to independence day "buy 1 get 1" offer was there. So I ordered one more John Cena Black T shirt with Cap. I opted for cash on delivery.
The order came 5 days later. The courier guy(FF-Hyderabad) handed me 2 packets and took the money, my signature and left. When I opened the packet, I found both the T shirts having different sizes than what I ordered. And one of them does NOT have a cap.
I thought of complaining to customer care and ask for a return the next day as I had to go to office. But a bigger surprise was waiting form me from snapdeal. When I checked the mail in the night, I saw a mail from snapdeal telling that "We wish to inform you that delivery for Mall 4 All Green John Cena Salute To Cenation T-Shirt With Cap of Snapdeal Order No. 2631751746 was attempted on 20 Aug 2014 but was unsuccessful. Our courier partner FF-Hyderabad confirmed that you requested for refusal/cancellation. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience you witnessed."
This was done purposely so that I can’t ask for a refund or complain.
