I had purchased micromax q2+ from snapdeal order no 432660152 on 16 march 2012
Firstly they took 15 days to deliver product then finally when I got product that too dead phone
Then they asked me to go to service center . Service center people asked me to get it replaced from seller (THEY STAMPED IT ) than snapdeal asked me to send them phone from now onwards worst part began once I had spent 310 rs in courier after they received product few days they didnt acknowledge receipt of product no confirmation mail or call than after few days later when I called them they said we wont be giving sdcash or phone.I asked why they you had used some sd cash which is system says is fraud .(HOW COULD THEY FIRST SEND IT THEN SAY NO ) I asked them give proof they said we dont know .I requested them to give defective phone I will get it repaired on my expense they said no
YOU EXPECT SUCH A PATHETIC SERVICE FROM A COMPANY . STILL EXPECT CUSTOMER SUPPORT
