If I were writing the review for snapdeal 2-3 months back my reviews had been different but I waited and that came out to be good. Ill be referring to a few orders below but first I have to copy a 2 lines of someone who reviewed snapdeal beautifully
I dont know what has happened to SnapDeal. They stopped Referrals, Then stopped Welcome Gift, Now Coupons are of no Use plus Pathetic Customer Service.
They might have some different plans to survive I think.
I had copy this because this seemed a real good review to me and to my surprise I am not the only one whos facing problems with this website.
Now coming to my problem.actually problems. Yes snapdeal do solve the problems faced by customers quickly ONLY when the customer kind of insults them in the social media like Twitter!(It actually happened with me)
I tweeted them once for the reason behind the delay in some items of order no. 486096766 and 490229156(Now both these orders are shipped and received) but there was no response at 1st. Then I kind of cautioned my followers on twitter to order at there own risk from snapdeal as the orders will get delayed or cancelled at snapdeals will. Then suddenly snapdeal came into action and shipped the remaining products within an hour and with that I received a call that all the items have shipped with this and this courier. I was SURPRISED and relieved that thank god they have improved but yet again they came back to the square one when I ordered yet again with them and still the items are pending and are getting delayed due to "unavoidable circumstances" which only this website knows and this reason has frustrated me beyond any limits now. Just give a STRONG reason for the delay in orders! snapdeal
And now can you please tell me if you are going to ship or cancel my order no. 506126087 and 506128445?
And yeah their patent responses are
1. They have given order to the vendor and well receive the product in "5 - 7 working days"
2. SnapDeal might be doing a quality check
3. They thought that theyll receive the product in the given time but the vendor failed to provide the product.
4. The product is out of stock, the most common reason(Even after taking the order the product is out of stock and still shows in stock on website)
5. They must have had alerted the logistics team.
6. They have received a OVERWHELMING response for their products section and that is why they are delaying each and every order and want us to keep on trusting them
7. And yeah they are extremely sorry
Just all of you who all are reading this review I suggest you to be cautious too or better off just buy products from other better websites than snapdeal. You can buy coupons from snapdeal if you want to because they are good at that
