I had ordered Genius Netscroll 110X USB mouse from Snapdeal on 24-04-2012. I had received that mouse on **29-04-2012. But the mouse was defective. It was impossible to right click with the mouse.
Even left click button needed a lot of force to click or double click. So I had complained them about this product on 30-04-2012.
They replied me on the same day, saying that I need to resend the mouse back to them and I have to pay the courier charges.
I thought the shipping would cost me just Rs. 50, so I went to BlueDart. (Their preferred courier service.)
The courier guy said, I have to pay Rs. 340.
The total price of this mouse is Rs. 199 and I was expected to pay 340 rs just for the shipping.
Obviously I had not paid Rs. 340, so then I went to Professional Couriers.
Here Ive paid Rs.80 and shipped the product back to SnapDeal.
That means this mouse had cost me Rs. 279
On 1 May 2012, I had mailed them the courier number.
The next day they replied saying they will arrange a new product very soon and also credit the courier charges to my account.
Since then I have e-mailed them thrice regarding the progress of shipping the new mouse.
But they havent replied even a single time. (Though the mouse was delivered to their address on 5 May 2012)
SnapDeal is dealing with the customers in wrong way.
