Snap deals is real useless, firstly, they delivered the product in 15 days while shipping from within India itself, secondly they delivered a completely dead card reader and their customer support is equally useless, when I mailed them about the dead product they just mailed me back my product status (whether delivered or not) and that too after 2 working days.
I recommend to not buy anything from snap deals instead you can buy from other only shopping sites like jabong, flipkart, etc, their services are much better, better delivery timings, etc.
