My story is a bit long it can’t complete in 7500 char limit.


got recommendation from a friend joined snapdeal got sd cash. I bought a headphone  I waited for 3+ weeks


they cancelled my order. I was definitely not happy.  I dropped in a message. Some chap called in to say that my experience was a isolated one and I can give them another chance. I went ahead and placed order for LED monitor order number 458176219.


on 2012-03-25 22:34:41. I called them to confirm if they would ship, even emailed them, mail bounced. I had to call again to the customer care about my headphone moneys reversal into my card. good 5 weeks and still waiting I got a reply I may have to wait for 21 days to get my refund. wow. then I asked him again to confirm if they will delivery the LED Monitor or it will again be the same like headphone.  The guy in the customer care was rude., he was like as if he is doing a favor to me.  now today April 20 2012 my order is cancelled. so it took them almost a month to decided if they can deliver my order. The worst part I will have to wait for another 21 days to get my money back. I lost my discount coupon and the SD cash too. YES my SD cash is not returned either.


The customer care guy told me I can go ahead and write negative reviews he does not care and wont stop me.


I did ask him to connect to his manage for which he replied he won’t do that that.


Friends please don’t buy from this website. First they will deduct money and then make you wait for 2 months to get your money back. Of course they wont deliver you the product and make you waste money in phone calls.


I have two more reviews about this but will write separately how they have cheated me.

@mohnkhan, we are really very sorry that your order was cancelled. We have credited the SD Cash in your account. As far as the refund is concerned, it takes only 2-3 days to initiate the refund from our end. The 7-21 working days for the refunded amount to be reflected in your statement is the time period set by all Indian banks and not by us.Also we need your help. Can you please share with us the name of the customer care executive with whom you spoke. His behavior is unacceptable and we would for sure raise this issue to the department head so that appropriate action is taken against the concerned person.If there is any other way we can help you, please do let us know. Sorry once again.
