I had booked a Sony Ericsson Neo V on 18 April 2012. My order no is 517653075 on 24 April, I received the courier through Blue dart services, I paid them the money Rs17, 149. Once I opened the courier, I found that instead of Sony Ericsson Neo V, I was send Karbon Jumbo k9 mobile of Rs 1740. I called the customer care to report the incident, spoke to Customer care supervisor Mr Ravi who was apologetic for the mistake & gave me a complain no 444359. I send the wrong phone through reverse pickup on 25 April 2012, which reached snapdeal on 26 April 2012.
Since then I have called the customer care many times to enquire about the delivery of my phone, every time I call them they ask me to wait for 24 hours to know the status. I am still waiting for an answer from Snapdeal. I have ran out of patience, I feel Snapdeal is not trust worthy & it is a waste of time & money. I regret purchasing mobile from Snapdeal. I do not recommend Snapdeal to any one.
