Attention fraud, fake, dishonest, dont honor deals

Worst website to deal with ever.


Got a facebook coupon of 100 bucks off 400, enticing deal trap


Upon persuasion from some one close ordered a set of hand-wash hygiene products. Paid up by credit card and completed the order on 2012-03-14


Order number 428509456


Now the waiting game has started.


Complained about this to customer care spent time and money to make them know.


Got a couple of sorry for delay in shipping of order


Today its one month one week, the order still shows.Processing Est. Shipping Date: Mar 27, 2012


Snapdeal is a fraud website surviving on customers cash.


I am now resorting to insulting them openly on facebook /twitter probably this is the only thing that will make them deliver on their promise.


Whenever you call them they give some stock answers as lame reasons

  1. The vendor did not bla bla bla

  2. There is a shipment delay

  3. We are escalating this and will get back to you in 48 hours

  4. There is a overwhelming response

  5. We are having quality issues with stock

I would go ahead and coin a new word for them snapdeal is now called nap-deal or snap-delay


Whatever is your response write it in public I don’t wish to make phone calls and will even not entertain one from snapdeal.
