Chor company wants to keep your money

This is simply the WORST company I have dealt with. I placed an order due to the delivery timeframes they were promising. I needed the goods in that timeframe or not at all.


Two days after placing the order, it was not dispatched and it became clear that the delivery would likely not be met. I contacted customer service to ask for assurance of delivery on time or, if not, to cancel the order. I received repeated assurances that the entire order would be delivered on time.


By the given delivery date on 3 our of 21 items were delivered. Cancelling the remaining 18 was a nightmare. the customer service people/system kept creating a new order even AFTER I emailed to repeat my request to cancel the order. Spent 1 hour 30 minutes of my life on what should have been max a 10 minute job. Clearly the company seemed to have a mandate to hold on to customer’s money despite failed promises, assurances and delivery.


Please ship at Amazon.in instead. It is a much more pleasant shopping experience with quality goods delivered more often than not. It is also easier to get back your hard earned money if there is a problem.
