Selling Faulty Products, No Refund, 45 Days Gone

Please be advised, don’t purchase anything from snapdeal. I bought Nokia X, It was faulty. I called customer care and asked for refund, they said someone will call. I waited for next 3 days, again I called. They said we are prioritizing your issue, wait for 48 hrs. I waited, some guy called and said I have to go to customer care.


I said what? This doesn’t happens with Flipkart or amazon! HE SAID THIS IS OUR POLICY. I then argued and then he arranged a pickup. It was picked up after 11 days of reporting. Now its been 19 days the product is still in transit. It hasn’t reached Delhi from Pune! Is it possible? Now they are not committing anything.


Every time they take courier details of NUVOEX and ask me to wait another 48 hrs.
