Bought a phone and pathetic service.

Order # 4148077857 INVOICE: 665084/14-15/21464: I ordered this phone as a gift and within 2 months it started reacting. The touch does not work properly.


I have mailed for the first time on 07/03/2015 but templated emails were the response. Flipkart also gives 30 days returns policy but takes an exception.


Snapdeal has a return policy of 7 days, can you people tell me how can a customer judge the defect in 7 days. I have been mailing and have received two calls where the executive told me contact the vendor.


Why should I when the phone was purchased thru snapdeal then I should contact the vendor. This is pathetic. I should have purchased the phone from a different website or a local shop. The biggest mistake in my life.


Please get the phone replaced as soon as possible or the refund in my account. This time I dont want any templated email which I have already asked.
