As we know snapdeal is one of the biggest online shopping site and application though its customer service is not up to the mark.
I heard many cases that they delivered wrong product to customers and also while returning customer face problems.Other online shoping sites give much better service than this.
Product quality sometimes we get good products and sometimes not what we expected so we can’t trust blindly on the product.
Deliver time is average but they need to do work on that as other sites and app have better delivery time.
About relaibility I can say not up to the mark .
