*Placed order : Nokia Lumia 520 on 13-May-13.*
I had order a product from snapdeal Nokia Lumia 520 Yellow color. I was very happy to see that I will get my product in 2-3 days as they stated in delivery. So here comes shocking news my product has not been delivered yet and these snapdeal guys say that they can track my order status. What the hell is that.
Snapdeal is very very worst shopping website I must say. I want my product but they say you have to wait for few more days. Their customer guys are saying order has not been shipped. I placed my order on 13th may still they say cant shipped it. They don’t know the shipping status.
Guys Plz DOnt Buy from Snapdeal You will sob after buying from them.
Customer service is pathetic and I would never suggest anyone to buy from snapdeal. They are biggest online cheaters. They dont care about customers, they just want to sell their products. I am having a very harrowing experience with snapdeal, they are not reverting back to my complaints. I am really worried about hard earn money would be return back or not. Snapdeal I would never shop from you ever. I made biggest mistake to shop from snapdeal. I would suggest people to shop from flipkart, they are better in their service.
I don’t know when I will get my money back. It is daunting me badly, guys what to do tell me, I am really horrified with snapdeal now. They are not answering my calls, they are annoying me badly. My hard earn money will be just wasted now. I am kicking myself to shop from snapdeal. I need my money back I need my money back or give me the product snapdeal. My money rs:9667 is wasted. **I will die if I don’t get money my father will scold me badly. Oh god I am stressed very much.*
