I am just writing this review because lots of people today prefer online shopping. This sites attract people by so call heavy discounts & other attractive offers. But when it’s come to the refund or customer service snapdeal.com is awful. And I am not the only one is saying this there are lots of other people like me but they never write review or don’t have enough time to do so.
So beware of snapdeal.com.
They have a very UNIQUE term TRUST PAY which is not trustworthy at all. I am waiting for the reverse pick up from 31st Oct 2013. I called customer care for several times but no results yet. And now I have decided to fight for the same in consumer court. No doubt it’s very time consuming process but at least this company should know the power of consumer.
