I am using snapdeal from last 3 years and it is amazing eCommerce website.
Design:The website design is very attractive and user friendly. but its little bit slow. takes some time to load.
Support: They have very good support and very responsive you dont have to wait to talk to the customer care executive which is great.
Delivery: They have very fast delivery method most of the time get material before the committed days
Product Information: the information depth of the product is really good.
Conclusion: I will defiantly recommend this website to all. it is great website.
