Snapdeal - worst post-sales service in India

I’m writing this feedback with lots of disappointment. Initially, I didn’t want to escalate it on Internet but I’m compelled to do it now.


I do most of my purchases online. Everything was ok till the time I used to make purchases on portals like Flipkart, Jabong, etc.


My trauma started when I ordered an LED TV for my cousin from Snapdeal and got it delivered in a damaged condition. I simply asked for replacement. (after all I have paid 30K in advance)


I have been chasing Snapdeal support team and BlueDart both for reverse pick-up from past couple of days. When I spoke with BlueDart, they told me that there is some ongoing problem with Snapdeal and reverse pick-up is not possible.


When I spoke with Snapdeal they said they have escalated it internally. They are saying this from almost 15 days. (It’s not my problem right?)


I was simply comparing my post sales experience with FlipKart and let me be frank that it needs lots of improvement.


The emails don’t get replied even after several reminders, takes 15 minutes to reach supervisor on call, agents promise something on call which doesn’t happen, no call back, I need to call your team and ask for update. (in today fast moving world who has so much time?)


It was probably my last purchase with Snapdeal. I’m still waiting (from 15 days)to get it picked-up and my money refunded. I will buy it from somewhere else (FlipKart of course) as I have lost trust on your services.

At the end, my suggestion to everyone will be pay 50 to 500 extra but buy your products from Flipkart. They will at least listen to you. Snapdeal is horrible! Not recommended.
