Miserable website

Worst customer support. Already returned a product 3 weeks back but still the refund is not processed. everytime I raise a complaint they ask for return receipt which I mailed them everytime but still they would have to ask again. What are you? Blind. Will you people ever learn.


Last Month:


I placed 7 orders from your website in last 2 weeks, all prepaid, and you managed to delivered 3 of them without sending wrong product and without cancelling the order. Although for the rest 4 orders you ended up sending the wrong product in 2 cases and cancelled the orders in 2 cases. Congrats, you are just about to manage a conversion rate of 50% which is quite admirable I guess.
