I got the Titan Raga 9903YM01 Women’s Watch, 20 days after placing the order.
First time, the order was closed and placed again with a different seller.
When I received it, I was shocked to find that the band was broken.
I initiated the refund request and now they say they would place a new order to replace the product. They did not even ask once I want a refund or exchange.
After this experience, I only want my money back and never going to buy again from Snapdeal...
