I ordered 3 display albums for 40 pages each from Snapdeal from my meager pocket money, and instead got 3 albums which had 20 pages each. I assumed that this was a mistake so I contacted them immediately.
It has been more than a month of constant mails and calls to them ( I’ve spent over 200 bucks just on calls ) and till now I’ve not received a single reply to my mail. And their representatives on the phone claim that they are forwarding the mail and complaint to the required department, but nothing ever happens.
Terrible experience. From now on I am staying away from these cheats and sticking to Flipkart. I hope they die and burn in hell for eternity for stealing money from students with no income.
