15 days no product deilvery, no customer care call

I have  placed order with snap deal on 3rd April 2013, for refrigerator for double door, date of delivery promise on or before  8th April order number 929908411. I called customer service team on 8th checking for order, they don’t have clue, when product will be deliver, they don’t have update from vendor till 9th April. I have spoken to Rajiv, Yatin from customer service team. They promise they will call me to get me status update.


On 10th April I got call from vendor. stating they don’t have this product, I asked him from when they don’t have this product he told from long back, told but snapdeal is showing this product in there website. then after calling snapdeal for more than 7 time, one lady called me sir we don’t have this product, you can go for replacement, I told here replacement product, she told I will call you call back in 10 min to confirm this order.


She never did, same day I called there snapdeal spoken to Mr. Tripathi who was one of the supervisor. I told him you don’t have product I order, mplease cancel the order and return my money. I was aware return will take 10 -15 day time, Mr, Tripathi told he will cancel it and confirm my evening. 6 days passed he never called me.


I called again and spoken Rajiv he told  give me evening time, we will confirm you cancellation again 2 day passed nothing happen, I call again after 2 day, again spoken to one more supervisor because Rajiv was not taking my call. this guy named Mrinal he also same this we are sorry give time till evening I will call you and confirm on the status....


No one given call from snapdeal after giving more than 20 call to snap deal and two camplain. worst ever customer service team ....15 day passed no product delivery  and customer care call on status.
