From the 16th of October 2014 till 20th November 2014. The Customer Care of Snapdeal has not been able to resolve a simple issue
#1 Either deliver the product(s) that I ordered - 2 set of high quality earphones
#2 Refund the money
I asked for earphone, they sent me some mobile cover.
I asked to have the order corrected by collecting the cover and sending me correct package and they initiate refund!?
Its like no one can hear me and some escalation manager has chosen to get rid of another complaining customer
I have tried patiently, professionally and through all their media.
I have even sent them emails, to their CEO(Kunal Bahl). They have deleted my first post on their Facebook Page and I have tried about 6-8 times now trying to get through to someone who can make sense of this huge fiasco.
Their email says:
We tried calling you through this number 01166785300 however you were not reachable. We will call you back in the next 24 hours, request you to bear with us in the interim.
I keep replying, I have no clue whose number that is( 011 is usually Delhi and I reside in Bangalore) but to no avail.

And their system works in such a bad scenario of silos.I actually get a mail to review the products. Ridiculous.
