Snapdeal Is Providing Worst Service

I bought a LED monitor on snapdeal and the product I received was physchandru021y damaged. I registered complaint and it is being 45 days and product is still not replaced. No body is giving any information till when it will be done.


I mailed many time on help@snapdeal.com but snapdeal never reply to the mail and customer care also not able to provide any solution. I write a mail to their CEO and CUSTOMER SERVICE HEAD as well but not got any reply and also I have to buy a new LED as I was facing many problem without Monitor.


I will never recommend snapdeal to anyone their price are low but they will compensate their prices in fooling you and by giving worst service to you and Trustpay is the think they uses to fool the people.
