I Ordered for Deepcool N180 cooling pad from Snapdeal.com(order no: 3558759582) on 5th NOv 2014 and Snapdeal has without fail delivered me the Incorrect model twice(Deepcool N180 FS) on 12thNov &19th Nov respectively. Snapdeal team is not ashamed of this and very casually they agreed to arrange for a replacement which would take another 2 weeks.
As a customer this is very very frustrating and I cant just get the product replaced again and again forever. It feels as if I have made a big mistake by buying from snapdeal, instead it would have been better to visit a retail store and buy it. As far as the product is concerned the first piece was defective and the second piece received also has minor glitches. After this incident I don’t think I have any faith in snapdeal and would not like to recommend to others. At the end of the day Snapdeal will agree to refund the money back but how do you intend to compensate for my time that you have wasted in this deal and the Inconvenience caused?(clicking pictures again and again, mailing them just to be surprised and shocked to receive the same wrong model again. Where is Snapdeal`s due diligence? or you guys were sleeping, not bothered, with an attitude that "who cares if the customer receives a wrong product" we will again raise replacement request. Is there any quality in your service?
This kind of service(either due to the kind of sellers selling or Snapdeal team or courier service) definitely brings a bad name to the brand SNAPDEAL and such was not expected from such a big company.
