Pathetic service

This company has extremely poor service. I ordered a pair of running shoes on 4th November from their site and, initially, the estimated time of delivery was 14th November. That didn’t happen. On 18th November, I received an email saying the product delivery was unsuccessful as the customer wasn’t available.


This was obviously not true as I had given my office address and I was working that day. I didn’t receive any calls either. I called them yesterday and the customer service representative said it will be delivered within the day. That didn’t happen either. I called today and the customer service representative said it will be now delivered probably by 25th. On top of that, when I tried posting this message on their timeline, it said your post has been published but it hasn’t!


I am extremely fed up with this company that has no regard whatsoever for its clients and I never intend to order from them again.
