I had many experience(approx. 4 times) while buy products from Snap deal. In the Internet there are many online stores and Snap deal is one of the sites. I want to share my experience with all of you.
At first, last month I brought a stand fan from this online store and I was very disappointed for their product quality, Delivery timeliness and customer service also. My product was arrived after approx. 2 week later from the date when I booked my product. In the site and app, there are listed that the product will delivered in 7 days but in real it was not happened.
The product quality is not good because the packaging is very poor and there were 5-6 holes on the box of product. The package of the product was wet and the product just in one box instead of 2-3 boxes or wrappers. But the real product was safe but it was different in the real color and one the blade of fan was broken.
1 week later of the date when I ordered my product, I contact to the Customer care and ask about the exact delivery date and they said me that the delivery will complete in 2 days but it doesn’t happened.
The design of their Website and app is very minimal and beautiful, so this is one feature that I like of this site.
If you love to buy products online so you can shop from Flipkart and Amazon instead of Snap Deal.
